Terms and Conditions – Bro 444 Pakistan Betting Platform

Accessing or using any part of the Bro 444 platform constitutes full acceptance of these Terms, our Privacy Policy and any product-specific rules published on the platform. These documents together form the complete agreement between you and Bro 444.

Where these Terms are updated, the revised version is effective immediately upon publication to the website. Bro 444 will notify active members of material changes via email or in-platform notification. Continuing to use the platform after a change has been published constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

Age Requirement

You must be at least 18 years of age to register and maintain an account on Bro 444. This is a strict requirement with no exceptions. Bro 444 reserves the right to request age verification documentation at any time. Accounts where age verification fails will be closed and any deposits returned to the originating payment method.

One Account Rule

Each individual person is permitted to hold one active Bro 444 account. This applies regardless of the device, payment method, mobile number or email address used. Operating more than one account — whether simultaneously or sequentially — is a breach of these Terms and may result in permanent closure of all associated accounts and forfeiture of any balances.

Accurate Information

You must provide accurate, truthful and current information when registering your Bro 444 account, including your full name, mobile number and date of birth. Providing false information during registration is grounds for immediate account closure. You are responsible for keeping your registration details current and must notify Bro 444 of any changes via customer support.

Geographic Availability

Bro 444 is designed and operated for players in Pakistan. You are responsible for ensuring that accessing and using the platform is lawful in your specific location. Bro 444 makes no representations about the legality of its services in any jurisdiction other than where the platform is explicitly offered.

Your Bro 444 account login credentials — your mobile number, password and any two-factor authentication codes — are your personal responsibility. You must not share them with any other person. Bro 444 will never ask for your password via email, SMS or customer support chat.

Any activity conducted through your account while you are logged in — including bets placed, games entered and withdrawals processed — is your responsibility, whether or not you personally authorised it. You must log out of your account after each session, particularly when using a shared or public device. Bro 444 accepts no liability for losses arising from failure to secure account credentials or failure to log out of shared devices.

Accepted Payment Methods

All payment methods used for deposits and withdrawals must be registered in your own name. Bro 444 does not accept deposits from accounts belonging to third parties and will not process withdrawals to payment accounts that do not belong to the registered account holder.

Minimum Deposit and Withdrawal

Easypaisa and JazzCash withdrawals are processed within 5 minutes of request submission in the vast majority of cases. IBFT bank transfers typically complete within 30 minutes to 2 hours depending on your receiving bank's processing schedule. Card withdrawals may take 1–3 business days depending on your issuing bank.

Currency

All transactions on Bro 444 are conducted in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). There are no conversion fees or exchange rate charges. Your account balance, all bets, all winnings and all withdrawals are denominated in PKR throughout.

All bets placed on Bro 444 are final once confirmed. You cannot cancel a bet after it has been accepted by the system. Please review your selections carefully on the bet slip before confirming. Bro 444 accepts no responsibility for bets placed in error by the member.

Odds and Prices

Odds displayed on Bro 444 are updated in real time for pre-match and live in-play markets. The odds at the moment your bet is confirmed are the odds that apply to that bet. Bro 444 reserves the right to correct manifest pricing errors — bets placed at odds that are clearly erroneous due to a technical error may be settled at the corrected odds or voided, at Bro 444's discretion.

Match Cancellations and Voids

If a sporting event is cancelled, abandoned or postponed without a result being determined, affected single bets are voided and stakes returned. For accumulator bets, a voided event is removed from the slip and the accumulator continues with the remaining valid legs at correspondingly reduced combined odds. Specific void rules for each sport are published in the relevant product rules section.

Game Outcomes

All game outcomes on Bro 444 — including dice rolls in Ludo, card draws in Andar Bahar and Teen Patti, and random elements in fishing games — are generated by a certified random number generator (RNG). The RNG is independently tested and produces statistically fair, unpredictable results. No outcome can be influenced by any player or by Bro 444 itself.

Maximum Winnings

Maximum single-bet winnings and daily payout limits are set at the product level and displayed in the relevant betting interface. For PSL and cricket betting, the maximum payout on a single bet slip is Rs 10,00,000. For accumulator bets, the same cap applies to the total payout rather than individual legs. Wagering Requirements

All bonus funds and any winnings derived from bonus funds are subject to a wagering requirement before they can be withdrawn as real money. The wagering requirement multiplier and qualifying bet criteria for each promotion are stated clearly on the promotion page. Bro 444 does not apply undisclosed wagering requirements to any offer.

Bonus Eligibility

Bonuses are available to eligible members as stated in the individual offer terms. Most welcome bonuses are available to new members making their first deposit only. Reload and loyalty promotions may have additional eligibility criteria such as minimum deposit amounts, qualifying payment methods or minimum cumulative betting volume in a preceding period.

Abuse and Misuse

Bro 444 monitors bonus activity and reserves the right to withhold, reclaim or refuse payment of any bonus or bonus-related winnings where there is evidence of systematic bonus abuse, use of mathematical systems to reduce risk while meeting wagering requirements, collusion between accounts or any other activity that, in Bro 444's reasonable judgement, constitutes misuse of the promotional offer.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on Bro 444 and will result in immediate account suspension pending investigation, followed by permanent closure and forfeiture of balance where the violation is confirmed:

• Using automated software, bots, scripts or any mechanical means to place bets or interact with games
• Exploiting technical errors, system glitches or pricing mistakes for financial gain
• Collusion with other members in multiplayer games including Ludo, card games and poker variants
• Any activity related to or connected with match-fixing, spot-fixing or the manipulation of sporting events
• Money laundering — depositing funds for any purpose other than genuine participation in gaming and betting activity
• Providing false identity information, impersonating another person or operating an account on behalf of another individual
• Accessing Bro 444 from a jurisdiction where doing so is explicitly prohibited
• Creating multiple accounts to claim bonuses more than once or to circumvent account-level restrictions
• Harassing, abusing or threatening other members or Bro 444 staff in any communication channel

All content on the Bro 444 platform — including but not limited to the brand name, logo, website design, game interfaces, graphics, written content, promotional materials and software — is the intellectual property of Bro 444 or its licensed content providers. Nothing on this platform grants you any right to use, reproduce, adapt, translate, distribute or create derivative works from any Bro 444 intellectual property without express prior written permission.

You may access and use the platform solely for your personal non-commercial use. Any commercial use, data scraping, automated content extraction or redistribution of platform content without written authorisation is strictly prohibited.

Bro 444 provides its platform on an "as available" basis and does not guarantee uninterrupted access. Scheduled maintenance, technical upgrades and events outside our reasonable control — including internet service outages, payment network downtime and force majeure events — may temporarily affect platform availability. Bro 444 will make reasonable efforts to minimise disruption and will notify members of planned maintenance in advance where possible.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Bro 444's total liability to any member in connection with these Terms or use of the platform is limited to the amount deposited by that member in the 30 days preceding the event giving rise to the claim. Bro 444 is not liable for indirect, consequential, special or punitive damages including loss of profits, loss of opportunity or emotional distress.

In-play bets that are placed and accepted during a live event are subject to the technical limitations of real-time data feeds. If a technical failure results in incorrect live odds being published and accepted, Bro 444 reserves the right to void affected bets and return stakes. This does not affect bets placed at correct prices that are subsequently settled in error — those are settled at the correct result regardless of the initial incorrect settlement.

Bro 444 reserves the right to suspend or close any member account at any time. Circumstances that may lead to suspension or closure include, but are not limited to, suspected terms violation, suspected fraud, suspected money laundering, inability to verify identity, failure to meet age verification requirements or request by the account holder themselves.

Where an account is closed due to a breach of these Terms, any balance at the time of closure may be forfeited depending on the nature of the violation. Where an account is closed for administrative reasons or at the member's own request, the verified balance will be returned to the registered payment method after deducting any outstanding wagering requirements on active bonus funds.

Members who wish to close their own account — whether temporarily for a responsible gaming break or permanently — should contact Bro 444 support. Requests are processed within 24 hours and the account holder's verified balance is returned within 5 business days of the closure being confirmed.

Bro 444 is committed to promoting responsible gaming. We provide tools to help members manage their gaming activity, available to every registered member through the account settings or by contacting support.

Available responsible gaming tools include deposit limits (daily, weekly and monthly), session time reminders, a 7-day cooling-off period and self-exclusion for periods ranging from one month to permanent. Material changes — those that significantly affect member rights or obligations — will be communicated to active members via email or in-platform notification at least 7 days before taking effect. Minor clarifications or corrections may be published without prior notice.

The current version of these Terms is always available at this URL. The date of the most recent update is displayed at the top of this page. If you do not agree with an amendment, you should close your account and withdraw any remaining balance before the amended Terms take effect. Continued use of Bro 444 after the effective date of an amendment constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

In the event of any dispute between a member and Bro 444, the member should first contact the Bro 444 support team with full details of the issue. The support team will investigate and respond within 72 hours. The majority of disputes are resolved at this first point of contact.

Where a dispute cannot be resolved through the normal support process, the member may request escalation to a senior review. Senior reviews are completed within 10 business days and the outcome is communicated in writing. The decision of the senior review is final and binding on both parties for all disputes within the scope of these Terms.

These Terms are written in English. In the event of any inconsistency between an English version and any translated version, the English version takes precedence. The decision of Bro 444 on all matters related to bet settlement, game outcomes and the interpretation of these Terms is final in the first instance, subject to the escalation process described above.
